4. Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Programme Fees

Programme fees are listed on our website and are subject to change. The price quoted at the time of enrollment is the price you will pay for that programme.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due within 7 days of enrollment confirmation unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed
  • We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or debit card
  • Payment plans may be available upon request
  • Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer the following refund policy:

  • Full Refund: If you cancel more than 14 days before the programme start date
  • 50% Refund: If you cancel 7-14 days before the programme start date
  • No Refund: If you cancel less than 7 days before the programme start date
  • Pro-rata Refund: If we cancel or fail to deliver the programme, you will receive a full or pro-rata refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your enrollment details. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

5. Programme Participation

5.1 Attendance

  • Regular attendance is expected for optimal learning outcomes
  • If a participant cannot attend a session, please notify us as soon as possible
  • We will provide catch-up materials when sessions are missed
  • Make-up sessions may be arranged when feasible

5.2 Behavior Expectations

Participants are expected to:

  • Treat instructors and other participants with respect
  • Engage constructively with programme content
  • Follow instructions and guidelines provided by instructors
  • Maintain confidentiality of other participants' personal information shared in sessions

5.3 Removal from Programme

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a programme without refund if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise interferes with the learning environment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our programmes, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and educational materials, is the property of cyber-flick or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • Use educational materials provided during your enrolled programme for personal learning

13. Termination
